Mission & Bylaws
THE ALBUQUERQUE GEM AND MINERAL CLUB, a New Mexico non-profit corporation, is dedicated to the advancement and enjoyment of the earth sciences and associated subjects. Its primary purpose is the exchange of information and the furtherance of the knowledge of mineralogy, gem-cutting and geology, and to stimulate interest in the development of related studies. It is composed of individuals, who have chosen gems and minerals as an area of primary interest.

The Albuquerque Gem & Mineral Club falls under the umbrella of the Rocky Mountain Federation of Mineralogical Societies, which falls under the umbrella of the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies. As such our members are expected to abide by the following code of ethics: |
