How do I find a field trip?

The yearly schedule for field trips is on the activity calendar page here. For more information about the next scheduled field trip, go to the bottom of this page. Only current members are allowed to attend field trips. More information can be obtained from the field trip coordinator by using this contact form.

What payment methods does AGMC accept?

Those joining on the website can use PayPal or credit cards. Credit cards, checks or cash are also accepted at meetings.

How do I join AGMC?

Use the Join Us link on the website or join in person at a meeting.

How do I use the lapidary studio?

Current members can use the lapidary studio once they have completed the online course on lapidary and have conferred with the lapidary chair, who can be contacted using this form. Once that’s done, sessions can be scheduled on this calendar.

How do I update/change info on membership?

Changes can be made here when you’re logged in to the site. Email address cannot be changed, since it is also your username. If email change is needed, then re-registration is necessary. Further questions can be submitted here.

What is the cost of membership?

Cost of membership in AGMC is $30 yearly for two adults and all minor children that live in the home. That price decreases to $15 for the second half of the year (after June 30. All memberships are for a calendar year and expire on December 31. Further questions can be submitted via this form.

What do I do if I forgot my log-in information?

Use the Join Us link on the website and click on the “forgot password” link and enter the email address used to register.

Who can participate in the Junior Club?

Family members that are at least in kindergarten (age 5) and under the age of 18 are welcome to become members of our Junior Club. Contact our Junior Club chair with this form.

Where/when does AGMC meet?

• AGMC meets at Monte Vista Christian Church 3501 Campus Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106.
• General meetings are typically held at 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of the month.
• Junior Club meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. the same night.
• Micro mineral meetings are also held at the church on the third Tuesday of the month.
• The Board of Directors meet on the first Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm, usually via Zoom, unless a holiday falls on that Thursday, then the meeting is TBD. All club members are welcome.
