The studio will be available for at least one shift on designated days.  A steward will be designated for each session.

A schedule will be published on the AGMC website in the direction of the Lapidary Chair or designee.  The first shift will be from 9 a.m. to noon and the second shift will be from 1 p.m.-4 p.m..  Every session will have 1 steward and 2 other participants.  

There must always be a steward present.  

Scheduling will be accomplished in advance by contacting the steward who will verify eligibility and training accomplishment.  Stewards will also provide the access code for the storage area.

Stewards have the authority to close a studio in case of equipment failure or any other conditions that compromise safety.
